Leadership
Transformation requires leaders to start and sustain a movement that carries people through the tough times ahead. They must show up, establish credibility, challenging the status quo and trying to change a situation for the better. Being a leader is not limited to former leaders. Leadership is a mindset not a title.
Culture
An organization strategy can be executed only as far its culture allows it. Culture determines how much transformation an organization can create. It is either the limiting factor or the growth engine. Organizations have to systematically and intentionally disrupt their culture to transform their organization and drive efficiency and growth.
